Opiniones sobre el "Hotel Rafael":
Es un buen hotel, centrico en ragusa (no en ibla), limpio y habitación amplia. Lo mejor es el trato de los dueños que nos hicieron el desayuno mucho más tarde de la hora tope por ejemplo. Algunos elementos de la habitacion estan un poco viejos, ese sería el único por los 70 euros que pagamos por la habitación
