This 4 star hotel is the former residence of one of the leading families in Patzcuaro, Mansion Iturbe is an enchanting Inn, nestled in front of Vasco de Quiroga Square. This XVII Century Mansion has been meticulously restored to its former splendor by the descendents of the original owners. A delicious complete breakfast included. Each room is individually decorated with antiques and Purepechan art. The majority of the rooms have private balcony that overlook either Vasco de Quiroga Square or the Iturbe Street. Due to our location you will be able to see from your balcony the majority of the Indian festivities during the whole year located downtown within walking distance to all major attractions, shops and museums.
