We are planning a event in Sri Lanka, I need to know the availabiliy of halls on any three consecutive days between 6 December 2004 to 9 December 2004.
It will be an 40 pax event with back projection, Day one for setup and the other two days of event. Please provide me the availability of halls along with the floor plans & dimensions of your banquet halls and the conference package.
The conference package will include the following:-
Conference facility
2 Tea/ Coffee
Lunch
50 double rooms also need to be blocked, Room rates should include breakfast and airport transfers.
