Children under 12 years of age stay free, sorry no pets... We are within walking distance of stores,restaurants, bus service and fishing. An easy drive takes you to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, or Disney World. Golfing and boating are also close by. Tampa airport is a 40 min. drive and St. Pete/ Clearwater airport is 30 min. away. Shuttle service is available at the airport for a reasonable fee. We are located on St. Pete Beach on the corner of 68TH Ave. and Sunset Way.
