Value Place provides short-term residents home-like accomodations with weekly rates starting at 169.00 USD weekly. Children 17 years and under stay free with parent or guardian. Must cancel reservation 72 hours prior to 3pm day of arrival to avoid weekly rate plus tax charge. Our office is closed Sundays, therefore we do not allow official Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive on Sunday will be required to start their stay on the prior Saturday. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Amenities include no lease obligations, free utilities, full kitchen in each studio, expanded cable with HBO, interior corridors with elevator, bi-weekly housekeeping, on-site laundry facilities, and high-speed internet access is available for a nominal fee. Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm, closed Sunday. Saturday check-in from 10:00am-2:00pm. For guests arriving after office hours, please use the courtesy phone in the lobby and dial Ext. 500 to reach the on-site Studio Officer.
